Managing Change Workshop
This workshop is designed for high involvement beginning with top-level managers, and cascading management participation through all of the management ranks until all managers have a contribution and accountability to the future. Participants develop vision, purpose and mission statements, new norms/values, 3-year strategic objectives, performance metrics, 12-month tactical objectives/action plans to be used immediately. They not only develop what needs to be done, but how objectives will be measured and accomplished, and who is accountable. Courses are custom tailored to address specific company issues, such as a need to change from an autocratic management style to one of empowerment, etc. Courses emphasize dialogue and transparent communications, and are facilitated with this in mind.
